Fully Furnished Rentals

We have a thorough understanding of the rental reimbursement schedule of those serving in the United States Army Reserves and do not expect payment until you receive reimbursement.  

All properties are newly constructed or very recently updated.

All are fully furnished with beds, TV's, couches, etc.

Basic cooking kitchen supplies

Washer and Dryer in all units

All of our leases are $110/day - all bills paid

Bills included in the lease are water, electricity, gas (if applicable), wifi, lawn care, monthly housekeeping, and quarterly pest control.

Couches, dining table, beds, dressers, nightstands, washer, dryer, basic cooking supplies, linens, and more!

All of our leases are sent via docu-sign with the option to electronically sign. It will automatically sned the lease back to us once you have signed.

Pets are allowed in select properties with a refundable pet deposit. Please contact us for more information.

We will contact you closer to your arrival date. You will receive a welcome packet with information on the area, trash days, places to eat, etc. 

We will email or text you a PDF receipt for your records.
